About IIPS

Indian Institute of Polymer Science (IIPS), is a non-university educational institution and based on under distance education scheme that provides quality education by involving technology with specially prepared printed study materials and textbooks. That's why the IIPS came into existence in 1999.

IIPS's courses aims to develop the ability and confidence to formulate a research programme and to plan and execute the associated experimental work & provide an opportunity to demonstrate initiative and a capacity for independent working. We have following courses in Rubber Technology and Engineering:-

1. Certificate in Rubber Technology (CRT)

Eligibility : 10th passed

Course duration : 6 months

Course fee : INR 15000/-

Beneficiary : People with little or no prior technical rubber industry background. This course has been designed for sales/marketing professionals.

2. Diploma in Rubber Technology (DRT) 

Eligibility : 12th passed with science or working experience in rubber industries for arts/commerce subject.

Course duration : 12 months

Course fee : INR 28000/-

Beneficiary : For the experienced individual, this courses will serve as both review and an update. This course has been designed for Supervisor, Quality control inspector or Lab technician who is already working in rubber industry

3. Post Graduate Diploma in Rubber Technology (PGDRT) 

Eligibility : 12th passed with science or working experience in rubber industries/DRT passed

Course duration : 12 months

Course fee : INR 36000/-

Beneficiary : For the experienced individual. This course has been designed for Supervisor, Quality control inspector or Lab technician, Manager or technical expert who is already working in rubber industry.

4. Bachelor of Science Honours (B.Sc Hons)

Eligibility : 12th passed with Physics, Chemistry or Mathematics(PCM)
Course duration : 36 months
Course fee : INR 78000/- (Every year INR 26000/-)
Beneficiary : For highly motivated professionals

5. Bachelor of Technology in Polymer Engineering (B.Tech) 

Eligibility : 12th passed with PCM having 60% marks or working experience in rubber industries if marks is less than 60% or any degree with Rubber/Plastic technology.

Course duration : 36 months

Course fee : INR 97500/- (Every year INR 32500/-)

6. M.Sc in Polymer Science)

Eligibility : B.Sc with Polymer science or Chemistry
Course duration : 24 months
Course fee : INR 72000/- (Every year INR 36000/-)

7. Master of Technology in Polymer Engineering (M.Tech) 

Eligibility : B.Tech/B.E in rubber or plastic technology

1. What is the admission procedure for IIPS's course ?

@ Our admission procedure is based on First Come-First Serve. We have limited seats in each courses. Anyone interested in admission, first submit online form to getting an approval code and address of specified campus. Then download the admission form, furnish all particulars and send to us with course fee and supporting documents and at specified time.

2. How can I submit online form successfully ?

@ To submit online form, you must choose the course in which you want to enrolled. Second, you must have a demand draft  as a course fee of the desired course. You need scanned copy of demand draft and a recent photograph during submission of online form.

3. What is the next step after submission of online admission form ?

@ You will have to wait 3 hours to get an approval code. You can check your email inbox after 3 hours. All details are available on sent email.

4. How many days will take time to receive study materials after submission of form ?

@ A welcome letter containing Identity card and Invoice is dispatched within 10 days after submission of form. Study materials is dispatched after 15 days closing of admission.

5. What is the mode of payment ? Can I pay the course fee into installments ?

@ Currently, we accept the payment through bank draft only in favor of 'Indian Institute of Polymer Science' payable in Delhi. Yes, you can pay the course fee in installments.

6. Is course fee refundable in case of admission cancellation request ?

@ No. Think 5 times before admission. We don't revert the course fee nor cancel the admission once it is uploaded on database.

7. After enrollment in a programme, how can I contact to the faculty member ?

@ There are many ways, you can reach to us. Live chat, video chat, Fax, Email, Phone or personal visit to campus.

8. How final examination is conducted ?

@ All examination is conducted online-offline. There is no need to visit campus. You can appear in examination just sitting in your home or from any corner of the world.

9. Is there any discount available in course fee ?

@ There is no discount for individuals but if any organization sponsors 3 or more than 3 candidate, 10% discount is available. However, after admission, you can earn with our referral programme. An scholar scheme is also available. For details, write to us.

10. From which institution, IIPS is affiliated ?

@ Sorry. IIPS is not recognised with any government agency. Ours is a professional course runs by a team of professional to having purpose to enhance the technical knowledge in the same field to the working people. We don't provide degree but we assure you, after completion of our course your feelings in technical knowledge will be more healthier.
